Workout Sharing lets you stay accountable and motivated by linking your progress with friends or coaches. Whether you’re celebrating a new PR or just showing off your consistency, sharing your journey turns individual sweat into collective success. It’s a fun, friendly way to stay upbeat and inspired.

How to use Workout Sharing

  1. Get connected: Make sure you’ve linked up with a friend by following the steps in our Connected Accounts guide.
  2. Log your sweat: As soon as you confirm a workout analysis or manual entry, it’s instantly shared with your connected partners.
  3. Switch your view: In the Exercise tab, tap the person selector at the top to jump between your own log and your friends’ logs.
  4. Cheer them on: See what your buddies are up to and use their consistency to fuel your own motivation for the next session.

Sharing is a two-way street! You can only see a friend’s workouts if they’ve also invited you and you’ve accepted. You’re always in control of your privacy and can manage permissions anytime in Settings.
