Workout Analysis

Log your entire workout in seconds—literally! Just type what you did in plain English, and our AI will parse the details and add them to your log for you. While some pretty smart tech handles the breakdown, your experience is kept simple and upbeat, turning the "chore" of logging into a quick and fun interaction.

How to use Workout Analysis

  1. Tap the Log Workout card: Go to the Exercise tab and open the logging modal for the current day.
  2. Describe your sweat session: Type out what you did in natural language. For example: "I did 3 sets of 8 reps bench press at 185 lbs, then 4 sets of 10 pullups."
  3. Hit Analyze: Tap the Analyze Workout button and watch the AI break your description down into individual exercise entries.
  4. Confirm and Save: Review the parsed exercises to make sure they match your workout, then tap Confirm to lock them into your history.

Be as specific as you can with weights and reps! If you mention shorthand like "bodyweight" or "BW," the AI will handle that too, ensuring your volume is calculated with total precision.
