Bulk Exercise Renaming is like having a personal organization assistant for your workout logs. It’s designed to tidy up your data by merging those slightly different names into one standardized entry, keeping your progress charts looking professional and your history easy to read.

How to use Bulk Exercise Renaming

  1. Open your Settings: Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Go to Data Management: Scroll down and tap on Exercise Name Manager.
  3. Search for variations: Type the name of the exercise you want to clean up in the search bar.
  4. Choose your window: Select how far back you want to look (from 1 to 12 weeks) and hit Search.
  5. Select the duplicates: Check the boxes next to all the variations you want to fix.
  6. Type the new name: Enter the standardized name (like "Bench Press") into the Rename selected to box.
  7. Confirm and Clean: Tap Rename Entries and watch the app tidy up your entire history in a snap!

A clean history means cleaner charts! When you use one consistent name for an exercise, the app can much more accurately track your strength gains and "Estimated 1-Rep Max" over time.
