Measurement Tracking

While the scale tells one story, your measurements often tell a much more exciting one! Measurement Tracking lets you see the real impact of your hard work on your physical transformation. Whether you’re leaning out or building muscle, tracking key areas helps you stay upbeat and motivated as you see those inches shift. It’s a down-to-earth way to celebrate your progress toward a healthier you.

How to use Measurement Tracking

  1. Tap the Progress tab: Head to the bottom navigation bar and tap the chart icon.
  2. Scroll to Measurements: You’ll see dedicated charts for your Neck, Waist, and Hips.
  3. Add a new entry: Tap the Add button on the chart for the area you’ve just measured.
  4. Enter the value: Input your measurement in centimeters (cm) or inches (in). Don't worry, the app handles the units for you!
  5. Save and Review: Tap Save Changes to update your history and see your trend line grow.

The "magic three" measurements (Neck, Waist, and Hips) are what our AI uses to calculate your Body Fat Percentage. For the best results, try to update all three on the same day!

Measurements are much more stable and provide an educational view of your body's transformation.
