How to use Swipe Actions

  1. Find a log card: Look at any food or exercise entry in your daily list.
  2. Swipe left: Give the card a quick swipe to the left to reveal your options.
  3. Choose your move:
    • Copy: Tap the blue button. The card will highlight, showing it’s ready to be pasted.
    • Delete: Tap the red button to remove the entry instantly.
  4. Paste your entry:
    • Navigate to the day or person you want to add the log to.
    • Tap the Paste button that appeared in your navigation bar.
    • Watch the exact same entry and its data pop into place!

Cooking for a crowd? Log your meal once, copy it, and then use the Shared Meal Logging feature to paste it into your family’s logs in seconds.
