  1. Open any entry: Tap on a food or exercise card in your daily log to see the details.
  2. Find the clock: Look for the Version History icon (it looks like a little clock) in the top corner.
  3. Browse the past: See a list of every change made to that entry over the last 30 days.
  4. Compare and Contrast: Tap on any version to see exactly what was recorded at that time.
  5. Hit Restore: Found the version you want? Tap restore to bring it back as the current entry instantly.

Think of Version History as your personal time machine. It works for everything—from the macros in your lunch to the notes you scribbled during your morning run.
