We take your logged sets and reps and transform them into snappy, easy-to-read charts that show exactly how far you’ve come. It’s all about simplifying the data so you can focus on the fun part: seeing those lines climb higher as you get healthier and stronger.

How to use Exercise Progress Review

  1. Tap the Progress tab: You’ll find this in the bottom navigation bar of your screen.
  2. Find Exercise Progress: Scroll down past your body measurements to find the dedicated exercise section.
  3. Search for a movement: Type in the name of any exercise you’ve logged, like "Bench Press" or "Squats," and hit Search.
  4. Select your favorites: Tap the exercises from the list to toggle them on or off the chart.
  5. Analyze the trend: Use the interactive line graph to see how your estimated strength has evolved over weeks or months.
  6. Check the data: Tap View Exercise Data below the chart to see the specific sets, reps, and dates for your selected movements.

The chart uses the "Epley formula" to estimate your strength. It basically calculates your "1-Rep Max," which is a fancy way of saying: "If you did 10 reps at this weight, you could probably do 1 rep at this higher weight." It makes comparing different workouts a breeze!
