Whether you're helping a partner stay on track, logging for a child, or just sharing your own wins with a friend, Shared Meal Logging makes collaborative tracking simple and stress-free. Instead of everyone micromanaging their own app, one person can handle the logs for the whole table, keeping things upbeat and easy for everyone.

How to use Shared Meal Logging

  1. Open Sharing Settings: Navigate to the Settings tab and tap on Person Sharing.
  2. Invite your team: Tap Manage Sharing and use the Invite New Person tab. Enter their email address and select whose log you want to share.
  3. Wait for the high-five: Once your friend accepts the invite on their end, you’ll be officially connected!
  4. Find the Person Selector: Look for the floating name button in the top right corner of your main dashboard.
  5. Switch and Log: Tap the button to select the person you want to log for, then hit the Log Food button as usual.
  6. Celebrate together: Any meal you add now will be saved directly to their history, keeping everyone moving toward their goals.

Cooking for two? Here’s a tip: log the meal for yourself first, then use the Swipe to Copy feature to quickly paste the exact same entry into your partner's log after switching to their profile.
