Whether you're looking to build muscle, fuel long runs, or just feel more energized throughout the day, adjusting your macro split helps you tailor your nutrition to your specific lifestyle. It’s a fun, friendly way to simplify the science of nutrition and stay upbeat about your progress.

How to use Macro Split Selection

  1. Head to the Nutrition tab: Tap the apple icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap Set Goals: You’ll find this button just below your daily progress chart.
  3. Scroll to Macros: Find the percentage section right after the calorie adjustment area.
  4. Enter your targets: Type in your desired percentages for Protein, Carbs, and Fat.
  5. Check the balance: Watch the calculated grams update automatically based on your total calorie goal.
  6. Confirm the total: Make sure your percentages add up to exactly 100% to enable the save button.
  7. Save and Glow: Tap Save Goals to lock in your new targets and watch your dashboard update.

Feeling a bit lost? Use the Restore Defaults button to reset to a tried-and-true 35/35/30 split. It’s a fantastic, balanced starting point for almost any healthy lifestyle goal!
