  4. Check the labels: Look for clear, friendly indicators like "Sustainable," "Aggressive," or "Optimal." These help you understand the "why" behind your choices.
  5. Adjust on the fly: Use this feedback to tweak your calorie adjustment or macro splits until you see those healthy green labels that signal you're on a sustainable path.

If you see an "Aggressive" label, don't sweat it! It’s just a helpful heads-up to keep a close eye on your energy levels. Boosting your protein intake is your best friend when you're pushing for faster results while keeping your muscle happy.
