How to use Weight Trend Tracking

  1. Tap the Progress tab: You’ll find the chart icon in the bottom menu bar.
  2. Find the Weight Trend chart: It’s right at the top of your dashboard.
  3. Follow the solid line: While the individual dots are your daily weigh-ins, the solid red line is your smoothed trend—this is the number that actually matters for your long-term goals!
  4. Check your pace: Look below the chart for your Weekly Weight Change. This shows your average rate of progress based on your recent data, simplified into a single, clear number.

Don't sweat a sudden spike after a salty dinner or a big workout! As long as that trend line is moving in the right direction over several weeks, you’re winning.
