It’s the perfect way to simplify the complex task of adjusting data, keeping your experience upbeat and stress-free.

How to use Smart Tweaks

  1. Tap the Tweak button: You'll find this on any completed food or exercise prediction card.
  2. Tell the AI what changed: Just type it out like you’re talking to a friend. For example:
    • "I only ate about half of that."
    • "I actually did 12 reps on that last set, not 10."
    • "There was no avocado on this salad."
  3. Review the update: The AI will instantly recalculate the macros or exercise volume based on your feedback.
  4. Save with confidence: Once it looks right, you’re all set!

Proportional Calorie Tweak

If you know the total calories from a menu or a package, you can skip the chat and go straight to the numbers:

  1. Open the meal details and tap the Total Calories.
  2. Spin the wheel: Use the calorie selector to set the exact number.
  3. Automatic Balance: The AI will automatically adjust your Protein, Carbs, and Fat proportionally to match.

You can tweak a single entry as many times as you like! The AI learns from your feedback, so the more you tweak, the smarter your future predictions will be.
