Cardio Volume Breakdown gives you a holistic view of your movement that goes way beyond just counting steps! It tracks your duration-based activities—like running, cycling, or even a brisk walk—and shows you exactly how much time you’ve spent active and which parts of your body were doing the heavy lifting. It’s a fun, friendly way to simplify the complex world of activity tracking.

How to use Cardio Volume Breakdown

  1. Open the Exercise tab: Tap the Exercise icon at the bottom of your screen to head to your workout home base.
  2. Log your movement: Tap the Log Workout button and simply type what you did (e.g., "30-minute bike ride" or "5k run"). Our AI handles the rest, automatically calculating duration, distance, and calories.
  3. Check the Active Time: Look for the Active Time This Week card. This is your high-level dashboard showing total duration, number of sessions, and your estimated calorie burn for the week.
  4. See the breakdown: Review the General Exercise chart. This displays which body parts were most engaged by your cardio and general activities, using "equivalent sets" to help you balance your movement.

The General Exercise chart uses a calculation called "equivalent sets" to normalize different types of movement. The green bars represent your Effective Sets (adjusted for intensity), while the background bars show your Total Sets.
