Weightlifting Breakdown takes the guesswork out of your training volume! Instead of just counting total reps, we analyze how each exercise impacts specific muscle groups, giving you a crystal-clear picture of your workout intensity and balance. While there’s some advanced science whirring away behind the scenes, your experience is kept fun, friendly, and incredibly informative.

How to use Weightlifting Breakdown

  1. Head to the Exercise tab: Tap the Exercise icon at the bottom of your screen to see your dashboard.
  2. Find the Muscle Volume chart: You’ll see a vibrant bar chart at the top showing your volume for various muscle groups like Chest, Back, and Quads.
  3. Tap for more details: Select any bar in the chart to open a detailed breakdown for that specific muscle group.
  4. Review your work: See exactly which exercises contributed to that muscle's volume and see your specific set counts for each movement.

Notice the colors! Green represents Effective Sets, which adjusts for intensity, while the purple bar shows your Total Sets. If you have a planned workout, you'll even see those upcoming sets in orange.
